Toledo is in the midst of a renaissance. On Toledo's walkable streets, a traveler on assignment will find the Huntington Center, which hosts arena events, a minor league ballpark and a buzzing restaurant scene. A short stroll from downtown is the excellent Toledo Museum of Art, where you can see notable European and American works. Just across the street is the Glass Pavilion, a museum that pays homage to the hometown craft of glassmaking.
Sleep Technologists analyze, monitor, and record data on patients who are sleeping and in states of wakefulness. Sleep Techs may be asked to maintain positive airway pressure titration on spontaneously breathing patients, supplement low flow oxygen therapy during polysomnogram, provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation and pulse oximetry. Sleep Techs are often required to monitor patient behavior and general physical response during polysomnographic evaluation and coordinate patient care and education during and after treatment. Accurate and detailed record keeping is essential in the Sleep Tech job.
