American Traveler reserves the right to modify, alter, or update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Digital Platforms after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

You are permitted to use the Digital Platforms for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Service. You agree not to use the Digital Platforms: (a) In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation; (b) To exploit, harm, or attempt to exploit or harm minors in any way by exposing them to inappropriate content or otherwise; (c) To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail," "chain letter," "spam," or any other similar solicitation; (d) To impersonate or attempt to impersonate American Traveler, an American Traveler employee, another user, or any other person or entity; (e) To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Digital Platforms, or which, as determined by us, may harm American Traveler or users of the Digital Platforms or expose them to liability.

You agree to use the Digital Platforms in strict compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, and in a manner that does not negatively affect American Traveler's public image, reputation, or operation.

It is important to understand that you are not permitted to sublicense, transfer, sell, or assign this license or any services acquired through it.

Additionally, access to this Digital Platforms by individuals who are not registered users is expressly prohibited.

By utilizing this Digital Platforms, you recognize and accept that all intellectual property rights associated with the Digital Platforms and its content are owned by American Traveler or its licensors. Your access to the Digital Platforms and its content is granted solely for usage aligned with these Terms, without any additional rights. Trademarks, service marks, trade names, and logos included in the Digital Platforms are either the property of American Traveler or are used under license from third-party providers. All content on the Digital Platforms, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the compilation thereof, and any software used on the Digital Platforms, is the property of American Traveler or its licensors and protected by copyright and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. You are granted a limited, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Digital Platforms and the content provided on or through the Digital Platforms, strictly in accordance with these Terms of Service. This license does not include any rights not explicitly granted under these Terms.

American Traveler does not guarantee the accuracy, currency, or reliability of content and information available through this Digital Platforms, nor the flawless operation of the services provided. Your decision to use our Digital Platforms is made at your sole risk.

The Digital Platforms and all services provided through it are offered on an "as is" basis, without any warranties, either express or implied. This includes, but is not limited to, any warranties regarding the information, services, uninterrupted access, or products provided through or in connection with the service.

We explicitly disclaim all warranties, including any related to the availability, accuracy, or content of information, products, or services.

This exclusion of liability encompasses any harm or damages resulting from performance failures, errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays in operation or transmission, viruses, communication line failures, thefts, destructions, unauthorized access to, alterations of, or use of records, under any contract, tort, negligence, or other causes of action.

The sole remedy available to you in dissatisfaction with our services is to terminate your registration with American Traveler.

American Traveler, along with our agents, partners, and content providers, shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Digital Platforms, or as a result of any breach of warranty. It is understood that the terms of this section apply comprehensively to all content and services provided through the Digital Platforms.

You agree to utilize this Digital Platforms solely for its designated purpose and refrain from any unlawful, criminal, fraudulent, or malicious activities, or any actions that conflict with these Terms. Furthermore, you commit to not engaging in behaviors that could potentially harm, overload, impair, or compromise our systems or security, or disrupt other users' experiences. You also agree not to hinder other individuals' ability to use the Digital Platforms.

Should we request, you are obligated to defend, indemnify, and absolve us of responsibility in any disputes arising from your violation of these Terms, to the extent the law allows. This includes protecting us and our employees, contractors, officers, directors, co-branders, partners, and content providers from any third-party claims and related expenses, including legal fees and costs, stemming from your breach of this agreement. We retain the right to exclusively manage and defend any issue necessitating your indemnification, at which point you will not be required to further contribute to our defense in these instances.

We may also terminate your account or access to the Digital Platforms at any time, without notice, if we determine you have violated these Terms of Use or any other policies or guidelines.
