Description

American Traveler is seeking a Polysomnographic Technician for a Sleep Lab position, requiring at least 1 year of specialty experience and the ability to work independently overnight in a two-bed lab.

Details

• Sleep Lab unit staffed with a two-bed lab
• Works independently overnight without additional on-site support
• 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• 36 hours per week
• 13-week assignment length

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Polysomnography specialty
• Compact or Maine state license required if applicable
• Must be able to work independently overseeing a two-bed sleep lab overnight
• Full Social Security Number required for consideration
• Two professional references within the last year, including at least one from a Supervisor, Manager, or Director (Charge references accepted, peer references not accepted)
• Copies of all relevant certifications required for consideration
• Driver's license required as a separate document for consideration

Additional Information

• Flu vaccination required for clearance to start, with medical exemptions only accepted subject to client review
• Candidates who have previously worked in a permanent capacity at any Northern Light Health hospital are not eligible
• Radius requirements apply based on distance from the facility and are subject to case-by-case approval
• All requested time off must be submitted at the time of consideration
