American Traveler is hiring a Cath Lab / EP Technologist with at least 1 year of cath lab experience and current fluoroscopy certification for a cardiac catheterization unit.

Details

• Cardiac Catheterization unit setting
• Day shift schedule from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• On-call coverage required 4 days a week, at least 9 shifts a month, with a 30-minute response time to pages
• Weekend call coverage spans 24 hours on both Saturday and Sunday
• Assists with cath procedures, PCIs, and various IR procedures including Impella and balloon pump insertion, nephrostomy tube insertion, PICC insertion, permacath insertion, pacemaker insertion, and cerebral thrombectomy

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year cath lab experience required
• ARRT certification required
• Fluoroscopy certification required
• NJ ARRT license preferred, license required if applicable
• Must know how to operate C-Arm machine and perform routine lead maintenance
• Skills should encompass RCIS competencies
• DOB and SSN required for consideration

Additional Information

• Responsibilities include scrubbing in for interventional radiology procedures and assisting with cath lab and PCI cases
• Completion of Workplace Violence Prevention training (DCI/BVP) required, which can be completed via Relias, Healthcare Staffing Hire, or a free CDC resource
• Local candidates accepted
