American Traveler is hiring an Echo Technologist for an outpatient cardiac imaging setting requiring RDCS or CCI certification and 18 months of recent experience.

Details

• Outpatient Cardiac Imaging department
• Performs inpatient and outpatient TTEs, physical and pharmacological stress tests, TEEs, and echo-guided procedures (inpatient)
• Uses Philips Epiq CVx and Philips Epiq 7C equipment
• EPIC EMR experience required
• 8-hour day shifts, 5x8s, 40 hours per week with rotating weekends
• No on-call requirements

Requirements

• RDCS or CCI certification required
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 18 months of experience within the last 3 years
• EPIC EMR experience required
• License required if applicable
• Full SSN and DOB required for consideration

Additional Information

• Gray scrubs required as dress code

• 50-mile radius rule applies; local candidates not accepted unless facility waives the rule for hard-to-fill positions
• Former Emory or Houston staff must be separated for at least 1 year before returning to the health system, or 18 months if returning to the same facility
• RTO requests are limited to 5 days if not near a holiday, or 3 days if near a holiday, with only 1 holiday request allowed
