American Traveler is hiring an Ultrasound Technologist with 3+ years of experience and ARDMS or ARRT Advanced Ultrasound certification for a hospital medical imaging department.

Details

• Work in the Medical Imaging - Ultrasound department
• 40 hour variable weekly schedule
• Weekend rotation required
• On-call rotation with minimal call hours from 9am-3pm every couple of months
• Potential floating assignments to be discussed during manager interview
• Uses Phillips and GE ultrasound equipment
• Performs General body, Extremities, Vascular, OB, and Peds ultrasound exams
• EPIC charting system preferred

Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience required
• Current BLS certification required
• ARDMS or ARRT with Advanced Ultrasound Certification required
• License required if applicable
• GE equipment experience preferred

Additional Information

• First-time travelers may be considered depending on skillset and experience
• 1-2 weeks of facility and unit orientation, dependent on skillset and comfort level
• Holiday coverage expectations discussed during interview
• Time off requests require approval and must be stated in contract
• Black scrub color required

• Candidates must live outside a 100-mile radius of the facility
