American Traveler is hiring a Cath Lab/EP Technologist requiring ARRT-R certification and OR state licensure to support cardiovascular procedures.

Details

• Cardiac Cath Lab unit
• Day shift schedule, either 4x10s or 5x8s from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Assists physicians with invasive and non-invasive diagnostic testing of cardiovascular and pulmonary systems
• Operates x-ray and physiologic monitoring equipment, including C-arm and angiographic injectors

Requirements

• ARRT-R certification required; RCIS not accepted
• Oregon Board of Medical Imaging (OBMI) Radiologic Technologist license required (license required if applicable)
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• Prior Cath Lab experience required
• Associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• One year of catheterization experience preferred

Additional Information

• Assists physicians during diagnostic and therapeutic cardiovascular procedures, including catheterization and contrast media administration
• Monitors, records, and evaluates patient vital signs throughout procedures
• Maintains sterile technique and follows infection control protocols
• Responsible for operation, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of cath lab equipment
• Acts as a resource for complex or specialized procedures and shares best practices with the team
