American Traveler is hiring an Ultrasound Technologist with ARDMS RDMS certification and 3+ years of experience to float across multiple hospital sites.

Details

• Inpatient and outpatient Ultrasound department within Radiology
• Required to float across three sites: Everett, Cambridge, and Somerville
• Performs general Ultrasound, small parts, vascular (upper and lower extremity venous), and OB/GYN (1st, 2nd, and 3rd trimester fetal survey) studies
• Some pediatric imaging including hips, spine, head, and pylorus/intussusception evaluation
• Serves patients of all ages
• 10-hour day shifts, 4 shifts per week
• Deferred scheduling with block scheduling not permitted

Requirements

• ARDMS RDMS certification required
• AHA BLS certification required
• License required if applicable
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Ultrasound specialty
• Travel experience required
• Must be comfortable working across multiple facility sites
• Epic EMR experience preferred
• Flu vaccine required during flu season

Additional Information

• Performs all department tasks within inpatient and outpatient Ultrasound settings
• Bi-weekly orientation schedule
• RTO limited to no more than 5 days and must be submitted for consideration
• First-time travelers will not be considered for this role
• Scrubs of any color are acceptable
• Accepts local candidates within a 50-mile radius at a reduced local rate
