American Traveler is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist with 2+ years of OR experience and robotics experience for a hospital operating room position.

Details

• Operating room department setting
• 4x10-hour day shifts, 6:30am-5pm, with on-call requirements
• 13-week assignment

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent CST experience required
• BLS certification (AHA or American Red Cross)
• Robotics experience required
• CST certification through NBSTSA required
• No certifications may expire within the first 30 days of the assignment
• License required if applicable

Additional Information

• Prepare the operating room, including sterile field, equipment, supplies, and solutions
• Pass instruments, fluids, and supplies to the surgeon during surgery
• Manage the sterile field and specimens throughout procedures
• Perform counts of sponges and supplies to prevent retained foreign objects
• Candidates must not have gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
• RTO requests must be less than 1 week
• Local candidates within 50 miles of the facility will not be considered
• First-time travelers may be considered
