American Traveler is hiring an Ultrasound Technologist for an outpatient Perinatal Diagnostic Program, requiring RDMS (OB/GYN) certification and 2+ years of OB/GYN sonography experience.

Details

• Outpatient clinic specializing in high-risk and low-risk obstetric and gynecologic imaging
• 6 exam rooms/suites with a patient volume of 8 to 10 patients per sonographer daily
• Serves all age groups with obstetric and gynecologic diagnoses
• Uses Epic (Radiant) EMR
• Monday through Friday schedule, 8-hour day shifts from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
• No weekend, on-call, or holiday requirements
• No floating or charge responsibilities required

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
• Minimum 2 years of OB/GYN sonography experience
• RDMS certification (OB/GYN) required
• Fetal Echo certification preferred but not required
• Epic (Radiant) EMR experience preferred
• Florida license required if applicable
• Must be able to work with all patient age groups

Additional Information

• Perform obstetric and gynecologic ultrasound imaging in a high-risk maternity outpatient clinic setting
• 3 days of unit orientation provided
• Interview process includes both unit manager and MFM provider interviews
• Gray scrubs required with closed-toe, non-permeable shoes and minimal jewelry/nail polish
• Professional and well-maintained hair/beard required
• First-time travelers will not be considered for this position
• Accepts local candidates within a 50-mile radius
• Requested time off must be disclosed at time of consideration, as approval afterward is not guaranteed
• Florida AHCA Level 2 background screening may take up to 14 business days to process
• Seasonal influenza vaccination required, with medical exemption requests allowed for the 2026-2027 season
