American Traveler is hiring a Cardiac Cath Lab / EP Technologist with cardiac cath lab and neuro intervention experience for a role supporting diagnostic and therapeutic cardiovascular and interventional radiology procedures.

Details

• Cath Lab setting supporting a diverse patient population across the age continuum
• 5x8 hour day shifts with start times between 6-8 AM depending on scheduled cases
• Latest time out is 5-6 PM on non-call days
• On-call schedule of 1 week on, 1 week off, available 24/7
• Supports STEMI cases, vascular emergencies, pacemaker insertions, Impella insertions, and balloon pump insertions
• Circulating experience required
• High Spanish-speaking patient population with translator staff available

Requirements

• MRT, RCIS, or CVT certification required; license required if applicable
• ARRT certification preferred
• CPR certification required
• Associate's degree in applied science from an accredited radiology or cardiovascular technology program required
• Minimum of 1 year hospital-based acute care experience required
• Cardiac Cath Lab and Neuro Intervention experience required
• IR experience preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Must include one supervisory reference for consideration

Additional Information

• Performs diagnostic and therapeutic interventions for cardiac and interventional radiology procedures
• Reports to the Cath Lab supervisor and works under the guidance of the catheterization laboratory technologist
• First-time travelers will be considered
• Accepts local candidates at the local bill rate
• Local radius requirement of 50 miles
• Any requested time off must be included in the initial submission and confirmed prior to approval
