American Traveler is hiring an Ultrasound Technologist / Sonographer requiring ARDMS RDMS certification and prior travel assignment experience for a multi-site inpatient/outpatient radiology role.

Details

• Inpatient and outpatient Ultrasound within the Radiology department
• Performs all department tasks across all patient ages
• Proficient in general Ultrasound, small parts, vascular (upper/lower extremity venous), OBGYN (fetal survey across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd trimester), and pediatrics (hips, spine, head, pylorus, intussusception)
• Rotating shift schedule of varied 10s and 12s, 36 hours per week
• Rotating weekends and holidays required
• Required to float across all three sites: Everett, Cambridge, and Somerville

Requirements

• ARDMS RDMS certification required
• AHA BLS certification required
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in specialty
• Prior travel assignment experience required
• Epic EMR experience preferred
• 2 recent manager/supervisor references in matching specialty required for consideration
• Flu vaccine required during flu season
• Skills checklist matching specialty required for consideration
• License required if applicable

Additional Information

• Bi-weekly orientation
• RTO must be submitted at time of consideration and cannot exceed 5 days; not guaranteed after confirmation
• Block scheduling is not allowed
• First-time travelers will not be considered for this role
• Scrubs required, any color permitted
• Accepts local candidates within a 50-mile radius at a reduced local rate
