Description

American Traveler is hiring an Electrophysiology Technologist for an outpatient Device Clinic requiring EPIC experience and pacemaker/ICD certification or equivalent experience.

Details

• Outpatient Device Clinic setting
• Adult patient population (18+) with implanted cardiac monitors
• Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• No on-call or weekend requirements
• No float or charge duties required

Requirements

• Current BLS certification
• Pacemaker/ICD Technician program completion or equivalent job experience
• CCDS or CDRMS certification preferred
• EPIC experience required within the last 2 years
• Knowledge of cardiac rhythm management, cardiac devices, and cardiovascular physiology required
• License required if applicable
• Must be able to work independently managing implanted cardiac rhythm management devices

Additional Information

• Independently perform technical management of implanted cardiac rhythm management devices including pacemakers, implantable defibrillators, and implanted loop recorders
• Reliable personal transportation strongly recommended as public transportation is not accessible in the area
