American Traveler is hiring a Cardiac Cath Lab / EP Technologist for a Device Clinic role requiring pacemaker/ICD certification or equivalent experience and recent Epic experience.

Details

• Outpatient Device Clinic setting
• Adult cardiac patients (18+) with implanted cardiac devices
• Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• No on-call requirements
• No weekend requirements
• 9-week assignment

Requirements

• Current BLS certification
• Completion of a pacemaker/ICD Technician program or equivalent job experience
• CCDS or CDRMS certification preferred
• Epic EMR experience required within the last 2 years
• Strong knowledge of cardiac rhythm management, cardiac devices, and cardiovascular physiology
• Ability to independently manage implanted cardiac rhythm management devices including pacemakers, implantable defibrillators, and implanted loop recorders
• License required if applicable

Additional Information

• Responsible for technical management of implanted CRM devices such as pacemakers, ICDs, and loop recorders
• Reliable personal transportation strongly recommended as public transportation is not accessible near the facility
• Accepts local candidates
• Radius-based pay tiers apply based on direct-line distance from facility: local (50 miles or less), radius (51-100 miles), and travel (101+ miles)
