American Traveler is hiring an MRI Technologist for an outpatient specialty center, requiring 1+ year of MRI experience and ARRT-MR certification.

Details

• Outpatient specialty clinic setting
• MRI Tech unit
• 5x8 hour day shifts, Monday-Thursday 7:30a-5p, Friday 7:30a-8p, and Saturday-Sunday 8:45a-5:15p
• Weekend shifts required per department needs
• No on-call requirement
• No floating within scope required
• Charting completed in Epic (Excellian)
• Uses Siemens Altea 1.5T MRI equipment

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in MRI required
• ARMRIT, ARRT-MR, and BLS certification required
• License required if applicable
• Epic/Excellian charting experience required
• Skilled in abdomen and pelvis, MRA, MRCP, head/neck, spine, chest, and musculoskeletal imaging
• Experience with isolation precautions/PPE, contrast media administration, and peripheral IV starts
• Adult acute care and adult outpatient population experience

• RTO ideally no more than 5 days
• Returning staff must have a 3-month gap since last worked as perm staff or per diem
• May float within hospital or to a nearby affiliate hospital as needed
