American Traveler is hiring a Nuclear Medicine Technologist with 2+ years of experience to perform radionuclide procedures and nuclear stress tests in an acute care hospital setting.

• Acute care hospital setting within the Nuclear Medicine unit
• Day shift schedule with 8-hour shifts including a 1-hour lunch
• 34.5 guaranteed hours per week
• Uses Allscripts EMR

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist
• Current BLS certification (AHA)
• Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) via NMTCB
• NMTCB registry required
• NYS license required if applicable

Additional Information

• Perform radionuclide procedures on patients
• Conduct exercise and pharmacological nuclear stress tests
• Receive and prepare patients for nuclear imaging testing
• Complete required forms and documentation in the computer system for each patient
