American Traveler is hiring a Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist with 2+ years of specialty experience and BLS plus ARRT or RCIS certification.

Details

• Cardiac Cath Lab setting performing left heart cath, high risk PCI, right heart cath, pacemakers, peripheral procedures, and structural heart cases
• Additional procedures include EMCO and EKOS
• 12-hour day shifts, 3 shifts per week, scheduled 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM, Monday through Friday
• Deferred schedule type

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience within specialty, some data suggests 2-4 years of interventional/diagnostic experience preferred
• Cath lab experience required
• BLS required
• ARRT or RCIS required, license required if applicable
• Associate degree in health science or completion of an accredited CVT or Radiology Technology program

Additional Information

• Responsible for a wide range of cardiac cath procedures including diagnostic and interventional cases
• Must work 2 of the 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve)
• Does not accept local candidates within 50 miles of the facility
• Returning staff who previously worked at the facility as permanent employees must have a 2-year break before returning as a traveler
• RTO must be requested upfront and cannot be requested after an offer is made
