American Traveler seeks a Cardiovascular Operating Room Tech with heavy cardiac/open heart experience and prior travel experience for a 12-hour day shift CVOR position.

Details

• Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) setting with heavy cardiac and open heart case volume
• 12-hour day shifts with varied start times, 3 shifts per week
• Call required approximately one weekend per month and 1-2 days per week from end of shift to 6:30am
• Floating required, with travelers floating first and potentially to sister campuses

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of CVOR experience required with heavy cardiac/open heart case experience
• CST certification preferred
• BLS certification required
• Prior travel experience required
• License required if applicable

Additional Information

• Travelers are expected to function as core staff and integrate fully into unit culture
• All requested time off must be submitted with the initial application, as facility will not approve RTO after submission
• Radius rule of 50 miles from permanent address applies, strictly enforced
• Orientation begins on a Friday, with in-person badge/ID pick up required that day
