• Work in a hospital Radiation Oncology department
• Day shift schedule Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Involves tumor localization, treatment planning, and delivery of ionizing radiation therapy

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved radiation therapy technology program
• 1-3 years of clinical experience in all modalities as a radiation therapist through an accredited program
• Experience at a comparable facility size, such as a 500+ bed hospital, required
• License required if applicable
• Active licensure required for consideration
• One professional reference required for consideration

Additional Information

• Serve as the primary liaison between patients and the radiation oncology team
• Provide a link to other healthcare providers such as social workers and dieticians
• Accepts local candidates at the same pay rate
