Description

American Traveler is hiring an Ultrasound Technologist (Echocardiography) requiring ARDMS or CCI certification and 2+ years of recent EPIC experience.

Details

• Work in an adult echo lab within the Cardiology Non Invasive unit
• Patient population includes inpatient, outpatient, and ICU cases
• Minimum caseload of 7-8 studies per day
• May float to an outpatient facility as needed
• Some on-call responsibilities may be required
• 8-hour day shift schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, 40 hours per week
• Schedule runs Monday through Sunday with no block scheduling

Requirements

• ARDMS or CCI certification required
• AHA BLS certification required
• EKG recognition skills required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Ultrasound Technologist
• EPIC EMR experience within the past 2 years is required and nonnegotiable
• License required if applicable

Additional Information

• Perform echocardiography studies for adult inpatient, outpatient, and ICU patients
• Reliable personal transportation strongly recommended as public transportation is not accessible in this area
