American Traveler is hiring a CT/Rad Tech Dual Modality Technologist requiring BLS and ARRT(R)(CT) certification with at least 1 year of experience at a Level IV trauma teaching hospital.

Details

• 182-bed Level IV trauma designated teaching hospital with Chest Pain Center and Stroke Center
• Radiology department averages 325 patients per day across all modalities
• Patient population spans ED, inpatient, and outpatient areas with a variety of diagnoses
• 12-hour night shifts, Thursday/Friday/Saturday 8p-8a, totaling 36 hours per week
• Primary shifts fall on weekend rotation
• Schedule cycle repeats every 4 weeks
• One holiday shift required overnight Wednesday 11/25 10p-6:30a
• Uses Siemens and GE imaging equipment
• EPIC EMR system used

Requirements

• BLS and ARRT(R)(CT) certification required for dual modality CT/DX role
• License required if applicable
• Minimum 1 year of experience required, with most recent experience within the last year
• Photo ID required during compliance process
• Last 4 of SSN and full date of birth required for consideration
• At least 1 professional reference dated within the past year from a Supervisor, Manager, Director, or Charge RN

• Support provided by nursing and transport staff within the department
• Orientation includes online NEO courses plus 3-5 days of departmental training depending on modality
• Travelers expected to work 75% of holidays
• RTO subject to manager approval
• Black scrubs required

• Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility as locals are not accepted
