American Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist with 3+ years of experience in CT and X-ray for a night shift travel contract at an acute care community hospital in Georgetown, KY.

• Radiology/CT department of a 75-bed acute care community hospital in Georgetown, KY
• Patient population spans all ages — infant through geriatric — at a bariatric-certified facility
• Friday through Sunday, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (3x12 night shifts)
• Equipment includes GE Lightspeed 16 and 64-slice CT scanners and GE XR imaging equipment
• EMR: MedHost
• On-call required every 8th weekend and 1 holiday; must be available to report to the facility within 30 minutes of notification
• No float requirements
• 15-week contract

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in CT and X-ray
• ARRT (R) certification required; CT certification not required but candidates must be proficient in CT
• BLS (AHA) required
• Associate degree in Radiologic Technology required
• KY State Radiation License required (license required if applicable)
• Social Security number and date of birth required for consideration
• AHA certifications required
• Must be able to work in a stressful environment with minimal supervision and demonstrate critical thinking and decisive judgment

Additional Information

• Perform CT and X-ray imaging across a diverse patient population including infants, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics
• Must accept on-call assignments for regularly scheduled shifts
• Orientation is held weekly on Mondays
• Black scrubs required
• Candidates must reside 60+ miles from the facility to be eligible for travel rates
• Candidates who have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months are not eligible
• Candidates who are employed full-time elsewhere are not eligible
