American Traveler is seeking a Mammography Technologist with 2+ years of experience, ARRT and CA state mammography licensure, to work across multiple outpatient imaging locations in California.

Details

• Outpatient imaging setting spanning three locations, including a mobile mammography van and a dedicated breast center
• Procedures include diagnostic mammograms, screening mammograms, and digital mammography
• Hologic 3D equipment used
• Epic EMR required
• 5x8-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• Rotating weekend schedule: Tuesday through Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with Monday off
• Every other weekend rotation, approximately 1 Saturday per month
• Position requires floating between multiple facility locations

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of mammography technologist experience
• Current ARRT (Mammography) and BLS certifications required; certifications must be AHA or ARC
• CRT (California Certified Radiologic Technologist) and California State Mammography Licensure required; license required if applicable
• Graduate of an approved school of Radiologic Technology
• Proficiency with Hologic 3D equipment and digital mammography
• Epic EMR experience required
• 2 supervisor references obtained within the past year required for consideration

Additional Information

• Perform diagnostic and screening mammograms using digital and 3D mammography technology across multiple outpatient locations
• First-time travelers will be considered for this position
• Local candidates are accepted; candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to qualify for travel pay rates
• Former employees may return without a required separation period per current policy; former manager's name will be needed
• Maximum of 7 days of RTO per contract; only 1 holiday may be requested per contract
• Holidays covered include New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day
• 7-year work history verification required
• All compliance documents are due 10 days prior to start date
