American Traveler is hiring an MRI Technologist with 2+ years of independent MRI experience in an acute care facility to work an 8-hour rotating day/evening schedule.

Details

• Acute care hospital setting within the MRI department of a 75-bed facility
• Day/Evening rotating shifts: Mondays 7:00 AM-3:30 PM, Tuesday-Thursday 3:30 PM-12:00 AM
• 32 hours per week over a 13-week assignment
• Average daily caseload of 2 units, 30-35 cases per day

Requirements

• ARRT certification required
• BLS-AHA certification required
• Minimum of 2 years independent MRI experience in an acute care facility required
• MA license required if applicable
• Flu vaccine documentation required during flu season

Additional Information

• Orientation typically lasts 3-4 days and occurs weekly
• Any color scrubs permitted
• Candidates must be separated from the health system for 6+ months and in good standing to be considered
• COVID vaccine plus booster and flu vaccine required, with medical exemptions allowed
• Local candidates are not accepted; candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius
• First-time travelers will be considered
