Description

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for a 13-week travel contract at a critical access teaching hospital, requiring CT and X-ray proficiency and Epic EMR experience.

Details

• Critical access, teaching hospital setting with 25 staffed beds and no trauma designation
• CT Scan unit with potential to float between departments and facilities within the state
• Patient ratio of 10:1
• Performs both CT and X-ray procedures
• Charting via Epic EMR
• 4x10 hour day shifts, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• No on-call, weekend, or block schedule requirements
• No parking fee

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of CT Technologist experience
• Proficiency in both CT and X-ray required
• Epic EMR experience required
• Active CT and X-ray Technologist license (license required if applicable)
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty or setting
• Full SSN and DOB required for consideration

Additional Information

• First-time travelers will be considered for this position
• All travelers are expected to float between facilities within the state; refusal to float may result in termination of the assignment
• Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
• RTO is expected to be minimal for this position
• Any color scrubs are acceptable
