Description

American Traveler is seeking a Polysomnographer / Sleep Technologist with RPSGT certification and prior sleep lab experience for a 13-week hospital-based night shift contract in Colorado.

Details

• Hospital inpatient and outpatient sleep lab setting
• Performs and scores in-lab polysomnographic studies on inpatients, as well as setup and download of home sleep studies for outpatients
• 3x12-hour night shifts with weekend rotation
• No call required

Requirements

• RPSGT certification required
• BLS (AHA) required — card must be in-hand prior to start
• Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Previous sleep lab experience required
• License required if applicable
• Candidates must reside at least 75 miles from the facility to be eligible
• DOB or SSN required for consideration
• Proof of flu vaccination required (no exemptions)

Additional Information

• Perform and score polysomnographic sleep studies on hospital inpatients
• Set up and download home sleep studies for outpatient populations
• Professional affiliations and additional skill registrations are preferred
• A Colorado CAPS (background check) clearance is required and may take up to two weeks to obtain — candidates should plan accordingly
