American Traveler is hiring a Travel Ultrasound Technologist specializing in Breast Imaging for a busy outpatient breast imaging department, requiring 2+ years of recent breast ultrasound experience and active ARDMS certification in Breast Imaging.

Details

• Outpatient breast imaging department setting
• Breast ultrasound and diagnostic ultrasound procedures
• High-volume department averaging 40–50 ultrasounds per day, with approximately 10–12 cases per sonographer
• 5-week contract
• 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
• No major holidays and no weekends required

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent breast ultrasound experience
• Active ARDMS certification in Breast Imaging required
• Active MA state license required if applicable
• Valid, non-expired driver's license required for consideration
• 2 professional references required: at least one must be from a manager-level or above (not a supervisor title), one must include a performance evaluation from within the last 12 months, and the other may be within the last 3 years; references from fellow travelers are not accepted

Additional Information

• Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility are subject to a local pay rate
• A preference is given to candidates who can provide at least one reference from a prior travel or temporary assignment
• Skills checklist must have been completed within the last year
