American Traveler is hiring a Pediatric Echo Sonographer for an academic medical center's renowned pediatric heart program, requiring 3+ years of experience and RDCS-PE certification.

Details

• Acute care setting within a nationally ranked pediatric hospital's Echocardiography unit
• Performs both fetal echo and pediatric echo studies, averaging 8 scans/studies per day
• Inpatient echo studies conducted on the unit within the Children's Hospital
• Uses EPIC and ISCV for charting and PACS
• Utilizes Philips EPIQ7 ultrasound equipment
• Day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, typically 8:00 AM-4:30 PM or 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
• No weekend, holiday, or call/standby requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience required
• BLS certification required
• ARDMS certification required
• Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer Pediatric Echocardiography (RDCS-PE) certification required
• License required if applicable
• Fetal echo experience preferred
• Not required to start IVs in this role
