• Minimum of 1-2 years of recent experience in radiation therapy
• No certifications expiring within the first 30 days of assignment unless renewal documentation is provided
• Valid U.S. Social Security Number required for consideration
• No employment gaps of 90+ days within the past 12 months

Additional Information

• Up to 5 days of requested time off allowed, but must be made up during the assignment
• Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility may be subject to local candidate restrictions
