Description

American Traveler is seeking a Radiation Therapist with a minimum of 2 years of experience and active California Radiation Therapy licensure for a 13-week contract in a hospital Radiation Oncology department.

Details

• Hospital-based Radiation Oncology department, acute care setting
• Treats approximately 10–20 patients per day
• Uses Cerner for electronic medical records
• Experience with Varian systems including Aria, Eclipse, Elekta, MS4, Teletracker, and Patient Select is utilized in this role
• Day shift, 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday
• No on-call requirements

Requirements

• Active California Radiation Therapy license required — license required if applicable
• Active ARRT and ARRT (T) certifications required; pending certifications will not be accepted
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Radiation Therapist
• A copy of a valid driver's license is required for consideration
• 2 professional references required: one supervisor from within the last 12 months and one peer or supervisor from within the last 3 years, including dates of employment and eligibility for rehire

• Candidates must not have been directly employed (full-time, part-time, or PRN) by any CommonSpirit, CHI, or Dignity Health facility within the past year; candidates who worked PRN through outside staffing firms will be considered
