American Traveler is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) with strong general, ortho, vascular, and gyn OR experience for a hospital surgical services position in Virginia.

Details

• Hospital OR setting within a surgical services department
• 4x10 day shifts, 6:45 AM - 5:15 PM
• Call rotation with staff, including 4-5 weekday calls per 6-week period and one potential 24-hour weekend call or one backup weekend call
• Weekend rotation required alongside staff call schedule
• One holiday shift required during the 13-week contract
• Floating within skillset may be required
• General, orthopedic (total joints), vascular, and gynecological surgical cases

Requirements

• BLS certification required
• NBSTSA, NCCT, or military OR Tech certification accepted
• VA state license required if applicable — out-of-state travelers must obtain a VA license; a 90-day authorization will be provided to work while the license is being processed
• Strong experience in general, orthopedic (total joints), vascular, and gynecological surgical cases required
• Two professional references required for consideration
• Copy of driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration
