American Traveler is seeking a Radiation Therapist with active ARRT certification and a minimum of 1 year of current experience for a hospital-based position in Iowa.

Details

• Hospital-based Radiation Therapy department
• Uses Varian TrueBeam LINAC equipment
• Uses Epic EMR
• Orientation held every Monday

Requirements

• Active Iowa Radiation Therapist state license (license required if applicable)
• Current ARRT certification
• Current BLS (AHA) certification
• Minimum of 1 year of current Radiation Therapy experience
• Experience with Varian TrueBeam preferred; facility is willing to train
• Previous travel experience preferred
• Driver's license required for consideration
• One supervisory reference from within 2 years of employment or contract required for consideration

Additional Information

• Candidates who have been employed by the facility within the past 12 months may not be eligible for consideration
• Candidates must have a taxable address located more than 50 miles from the facility to qualify for travel pay rates
• Travelers are required to work 2 of the 3 winter holidays: Christmas, New Year's, or Thanksgiving
• Time-off requests during the Thanksgiving and winter holiday windows are limited to 1 day per traveler
