American Traveler is hiring an OB/GYN Sonographer with 2+ years hospital experience and ARDMS OB/GYN certification for a perinatal center assignment.

Details

• Work in a hospital-based Perinatal Center performing OB/GYN sonography
• Patient ratio of 10-12 patients per tech per day
• Utilizes E8, E10, and Expert 22 ultrasound equipment
• EMR systems include Viewpoint and Expanse
• Day shift schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• 13-week assignment

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hospital setting
• Current BLS certification
• ARDMS certification required
• OB/GYN certification required
• License required if applicable
• Experience with OB/GYN detailed fetal exams required
• Must be able to perform 1st Trimester, BPP, Dopplers, Detail Fetal Anatomy, OB Complete, and Fetal Echo exams

Additional Information

• Perform a range of OB/GYN sonography procedures including 1st Trimester scans, Biophysical Profiles, Dopplers, Detailed Fetal Anatomy scans, OB Complete exams, and Fetal Echocardiograms
• Fetal Echo experience and Maternal Fetal Medicine or OB/GYN office experience preferred
• Join a team environment with sonographers, RNs, genetic counselors, and registrars
• Navy blue scrubs required
• Candidates must live outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible
• No gaps in work history exceeding 90 days within the past 12 months
