Description

American Traveler is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist with at least 1 year of nuclear medicine experience and CT/Fusion certification to provide quality diagnostic and therapeutic imaging in an acute clinical setting.

Details

• Acute care clinical radiology setting
• Works in support of radiologists to perform diagnostic and therapeutic nuclear medicine procedures
• Responsible for image processing and transmission to PACS

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of acute, clinical radiology experience and at least 1 year of experience as a nuclear medicine technologist
• Current California state Nuclear Medicine License issued by CDPH (license required if applicable)
• ARRT or NMTCB certification in Nuclear Medicine Technology required
• CT/Fusion certification required
• Current BLS required
• Graduate of a program accredited by JRCNMT or CAMRT
• Knowledge of mobile and stationary radiographic and fluoroscopic equipment
• Extensive knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology
• Proficient computer skills
• DOB and SSN required for consideration
