Description

American Traveler is seeking a Certified Surgical First Assistant (CSFA) with experience in neuro, vascular, ortho, and outpatient procedures, including da Vinci Xi robotic surgery, for a 13-week hospital-based assignment.

Details

• Hospital surgical services unit specializing in neuro, vascular, orthopedic, and outpatient procedures
• 4x10 day shift schedule, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM
• 2 call shifts required per week
• 2 weekend call shifts required per 6-week schedule
• Holiday coverage follows unit rotation
• Charting performed in Cerner

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Certified Surgical First Assistant
• Experience in neuro, vascular, orthopedic, and outpatient surgical procedures required
• da Vinci Xi robotic surgery experience required
• License required if applicable — pending state license accepted provided it is active by start date
• BLS certification required
• Candidates must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
