American Traveler is hiring a Echo Technologist / Cardiac Sonographer with 2+ years of experience, ARDMS or CCI registration, and Epic proficiency for an outpatient cardiology setting.

Details

• Outpatient cardiology/echo setting
• Procedures include abdominal aorta, aortic studies, arterial graft studies, carotid, color flow, Doppler studies, duplex, lower and upper extremity arterial and venous, M-mode, renal artery duplex, and transcranial Doppler
• Adult patient population
• Uses Philips ultrasound equipment and PACS
• Epic EMR experience is mandatory
• Schedule is 4x10-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of Echo/Vascular Sonographer experience required
• Must be registered with ARDMS or CCI; preferred candidates hold both RDCS and RVT, or both RCS and RVS certifications — candidates with only RVS certification and Echo experience will also be considered
• Adult echocardiography experience required
• Proficiency with Philips ultrasound systems and PACS
• Epic EMR experience required
• License required if applicable
• 2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required for consideration
• Copy of driver's license required for consideration

Additional Information

• First-time travelers will not be considered for this position
• Candidates must reside at least 50 miles from the facility
• All candidates must pass a Pass/Fail EKG exam as part of compliance; two attempts are allowed — candidates should prepare in advance as study materials are not provided by the facility
