American Traveler is hiring a Cath Lab / EP Technologist with 2+ years of recent Cath Lab and EP experience, including Stroke, Neuro Intervention, and Cerebral Thrombectomy procedures, for a 13-week contract in the Broward, FL area.

• Cardiac Cath Lab setting within an acute care hospital
• Procedures include EP studies, Stroke and Neuro Intervention, Cerebral Thrombectomies, and Embolizations
• Trauma experience utilized in this role
• EMR: Epic (experience required)
• 4x10 hour day shifts, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent Cath Lab and EP experience required
• ARRT (Radiographer) certification required
• ACLS and BLS through AHA required
• Epic EMR experience required
• FL RN license or compact license required if applicable
• All certifications must be current
• Must successfully complete a Florida AHCA Level 2 background screening, including fingerprint-based state and federal criminal history checks, abuse registry review, and screening for disqualifying offenses
• Proof of vaccination status required — declinations are not accepted
• Must pass a Basic Arrhythmia (EKG) assessment; passing criteria include an overall Angoff score of 83% or greater, 100% in the lethal rhythm section, and 83% in all other sections

• EP Technologist experience is required for this position
• Candidates living within 60 miles of the facility are eligible but will be considered at a lower pay rate than travel candidates
