American Traveler is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist with OB/GYN experience for a night shift Labor & Delivery position at a hospital in the greater Boston area.

Details

• Labor & Delivery unit in a hospital setting
• Night shift schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM, three 12-hour shifts per week (36 hours)
• Every other weekend required
• Rotating holiday coverage required
• OB/GYN case experience required
• Epic EMR used for charting

Requirements

• CST certification from NBSTSA or NCCT required
• BLS certification required — AHA accepted; Red Cross, CHSF, or Military may also be accepted depending on specific facility
• Experience in OB/GYN surgical cases required
• Active Massachusetts license required; conditional or pending licenses are not accepted — license required if applicable
• 2 professional references required for consideration
• Flu vaccine required; no religious or medical exemptions accepted

Additional Information

• Assist in surgical procedures within a Labor & Delivery unit, including OB/GYN cases
• Time is tracked using UKG/Kronos
• Parking at Boston-area locations is not validated; public transportation and paid public parking lots are available nearby
• Candidates with a permanent residence within 60 miles of the facility are considered local and may be subject to an adjusted pay rate
• 2 references are required for consideration
