American Traveler is seeking a Radiologic Technologist for a Diagnostic Radiology position requiring heavy ED experience, ARRT registration, and an MA RadTech license.

Details

• Hospital-based Diagnostic Radiology department supporting the ED, inpatient units, and OR
• 8-hour day shifts, 40 hours per week
• Regular schedule is Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Every other weekend required from 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• On-call required, approximately 2–4 call shifts per month
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of related Radiologic Technologist experience required
• Heavy ED experience is required for this position
• Vocational or technical training in Medical Radiography required
• Active MA RadTech – Radiography license required (license required if applicable)
• ARRT registration required
• Current BLS certification required
• Advanced technical computer skills as required for the functional area and related systems

Additional Information

• Orientation is held weekly on Mondays, excluding holidays
• Candidates must not reside within 50 miles of the facility to be eligible; locals are generally not accepted, though hard-to-fill positions may consider local candidates on a case-by-case basis
• Previous employees (travel, permanent, or per diem) of any Beth Israel Lahey Health facility must have a minimum 6-month break before being considered
• COVID vaccine with booster and flu vaccine are required; medical exemptions are accepted
• All requested time off must be disclosed at the time of consideration
• Parking in the area can be costly; candidates should plan accordingly
