American Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist with 2+ years of experience and proficiency with GE equipment and PACS for a 13-week travel contract in Kentucky.

Details

• CT Scan department in an acute care hospital setting
• Schedule follows a rotating 36/48-hour two-week pay period — alternating between 3x12 and 4x12 shifts; travelers who cannot accept this schedule may be subject to cancellation
• Shifts run Monday–Thursday, 12:00 PM–10:30 PM
• Every other weekend required
• Floating required within scope of practice
• Meditech EMR in use
• GE and PACS systems used

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CT Tech or X-Ray Tech required
• Active ARRT certification required
• AHA BLS required
• Active Kentucky state license or compact license required; candidates willing to apply for KY licensure upon offer will be considered — application must be submitted the same day the offer is accepted (license required if applicable)
• Experience with GE equipment and PACS required
• Driver's License with permanent address matching application required for consideration
• 2 professional references required for consideration: 1 charge nurse or higher and 1 supervisor reference, both completed within the last year
• Candidates must reside more than 75 miles from the facility to be eligible

Additional Information

• Orientation is held on a bi-weekly basis
• Up to 7 days of RTO may be considered; RTO must be submitted upfront and no changes will be accepted after submission
• Must be willing to work either a major or minor holiday each contract
• Travelers who have worked within this system for one year must take a minimum 6-month break before being eligible to return
• Travel pairs are accepted on a limited basis; pairs will not be placed on the same shift or unit
• Middle name is required on the application; confirmation is needed if no middle name exists
