American Traveler is seeking an Operating Room Technician - First Assist for a 13-week hospital OR assignment requiring BLS and CFSA or CST certification.

Details

• Hospital operating room setting
• 10-hour day shifts, 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• 40 hours per week
• Weekday call coverage runs from the end of the scheduled shift through 7:00 AM the following morning
• Weekend and holiday call coverage runs from 7:00 AM to 7:00 AM the following day

Requirements

• BLS certification through the American Red Cross or AHA required
• CFSA through CAAHEP, CST through ABHES, or NBSTSA certification required
• Two professional references dated within the last 12 months required for consideration
• Skills checklist dated within the last 12 months required for consideration
• License required if applicable

Additional Information

• Perform first assist duties in the operating room
• All requested time off must be disclosed at the time of application
• Candidates must reside more than 60 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position
