American Traveler is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist / Sonographer for a 13-week travel contract, working 12-hour day shifts Friday through Sunday in a radiology/ultrasound department with a high volume of vascular studies.

Details

• Radiology/Ultrasound department setting
• Serves all patient age groups
• High volume of vascular ultrasound studies performed at this location
• Uses Samsung ultrasound machines
• Cerner EMR (experience preferred but not required)
• 12-hour day shifts on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM
• No on-call required

Requirements

• Current BLS certification
• ARDMS certification required
• NH state license or compact license must be in hand at time of consideration — temporary licenses are not accepted (license required if applicable)
• Minimum of 2 recent professional references from a manager or charge RN (no peers or coworkers)
• Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) credential preferred but not required

• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Weekly orientation provided
• Former permanent staff may return as a traveler after a minimum 12-month break in service
• Candidates living within 50 miles of the facility may be subject to a local pay rate
• 3 professional references required upon commitment, with 2 from leadership
