American Traveler seeks a Certified Surgical Technologist with at least 3 years of OR experience for a 13-week hospital surgery unit assignment in Cedar Park, TX.

Details

• 6-OR surgical unit offering a wide range of procedures including gynecology, urology, robotics, orthopedics, plastics, general surgery, and select vascular cases
• Day shift schedule, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of operating room experience required
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) required
• License required if applicable
• Must possess a US Social Security Number and provide a US home address (no international addresses)
• Two professional references required for consideration
• Copy of Driver's License required for consideration
• Skills checklist required for consideration

Additional Information

• Prepare and maintain the sterile field, including setup of instruments and supplies prior to procedures
• Assist the surgeon intraoperatively by passing instruments and anticipating procedural needs
• Ensure proper handling, accountability, and counts of all surgical tools and supplies
• Adhere strictly to sterile technique and infection control protocols throughout all cases
• Collaborate closely with the surgical team to support safe, efficient OR operations
