American Traveler is hiring a Radiology Technologist (X-Ray) for a 13-week travel assignment in a diagnostic radiology unit, requiring ARRT-R & CT certification and proficiency with radiographic and fluoroscopic equipment.

Details

• Diagnostic radiology unit in an acute care hospital setting
• Monday through Friday, 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM shifts
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• ARRT-R and CT ARRT certifications required
• Current BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross)
• State licensure and fluoroscopy permit required if applicable
• Venipuncture certificate with proficiency in starting IVs for contrast injections
• Minimum 1 year of acute, clinical radiology experience preferred
• Proficiency with mobile and stationary radiographic and fluoroscopic equipment
• Extensive knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology
• Graduate of a JRCERT-accredited program
• Familiarity with state and federal radiology regulations
• Proficient computer skills
• DOB and SSN required for consideration

Additional Information

• Perform diagnostic imaging using mobile and stationary radiographic and fluoroscopic equipment
• Administer contrast injections via IV as needed for imaging procedures
