American Traveler is seeking a travel MRI Technologist for an outpatient imaging position in Wichita, KS, requiring RT(MR)(ARRT) or ARMRIT certification and a minimum of 2 years of recent experience.

Details

• Outpatient imaging unit at an acute care hospital in Wichita, KS
• Performs outpatient MRI exams
• One MRI tech per shift, with an MRI tech aide available when possible
• GE MRI equipment
• Meditech EMR (prior experience preferred)
• Day shift, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• RT(MR)(ARRT) or ARMRIT certification required
• Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC accepted; must not expire within the first 30 days of the start date)
• Active Kansas state license required if applicable
• Minimum of 2 years of MRI experience, with active experience within the last 6 months
• US SSN and date of birth required for consideration
• One professional reference required
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

Additional Information

• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility; local candidates are not eligible
• Strong knowledge of human anatomy is preferred
• Organized candidates who can maintain an efficient exam schedule are an ideal fit for this role
