American Traveler is seeking an experienced CVOR Surgical Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Atlanta, GA, requiring a minimum of 18 months of CVOR experience and strong endovascular skills.

• Position is based in a hospital OR setting specializing in cardiovascular surgery
• CVOR experience required with cardiac and vascular procedures across a range of acuity levels
• Strong endovascular experience is a key component of this role
• AM shift, 10-hour shifts

Requirements

• Minimum 18 months of full-time CVOR experience within the last 3 years at a similar acuity level
• Must be credentialed as a CVOR First Assistant (CVOR FA)
• Strong proficiency in cardiac and vascular procedures (ratings of 3s and 4s required across cardiac and vascular procedures)
• Strong endovascular (wires) experience required
• Active GA or Compact RN license currently in hand (for RN candidates)

Additional Information

• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible — local candidates are not accepted
• Former permanent staff of this health system must be separated for at least 1 year before returning; if returning to this specific facility, a minimum 18-month separation is required
• RTO is limited to a maximum of 5 days per contract if not near a holiday, or a maximum of 3 days if RTO falls on or near a holiday
• Only one holiday RTO request is permitted per contract, and consecutive days off during the holiday period may not be approved
