Description

American Traveler is hiring a Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a general nuclear medicine unit, requiring 1+ year of experience, NMTCB or ARRT(N) certification, and Epic proficiency.

Details

• General Nuclear Medicine unit in an acute care hospital setting
• Procedures include PET/CT (including Cardiac PET with Rubidium), bone/liver/spleen/lung scans, renal flow, shunt, thyroid studies, tumor localization, SPECT, and myocardial imaging
• Epic EMR experience required; Synapse PACS and Cardiology PACS experience preferred
• 4x10 hour day shifts with start times variable between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM
• No call or weekend requirements
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of Nuclear Medicine Technologist experience
• Current BLS and NMTCB or ARRT(N) certification required; ACLS and ARRT(R) preferred
• License required if applicable
• Epic EMR proficiency required
• Candidates must reside more than 70 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position
• 2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required for consideration
