American Traveler is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a night shift weekend position at a Level 1 Trauma and Comprehensive Stroke Center of Excellence, requiring a minimum of 6 months of acute care hospital CT experience.

Details

• CT Scan department located on the 3rd floor of the main hospital building
• Unit is equipped with a GE Revolution 512 scanner, GE Evolution 128 scanner, GE 64-slice scanner in outpatient, and a new GE 128 Frontier scanner
• EMR system is Meditech
• Procedures include stroke, trauma, head and chest imaging, abdomen/pelvis, and CTA studies
• Facility is a Level 1 Trauma Center and Comprehensive Stroke Center of Excellence
• Night shift schedule: 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of current acute care hospital CT Tech experience
• Active ARRT (R) certification required
• Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC accepted; must not expire within the first 30 days of assignment start)
• Trauma and stroke imaging experience preferred
• IV skills preferred
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
• US SSN and DOB required for consideration — no exceptions
• One professional reference required (two references required for candidates licensed in Florida or Missouri)
• License required if applicable

• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible — no local candidates will be considered
