American Traveler is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) with 2+ years of OR experience, including robotics and orthopedics, for a weekend day shift position in a hospital surgical services department in Winchester, VA.

Details

• Hospital surgical services department within a 495-bed facility
• Weekend schedule: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM (3x12-hour day shifts)
• 13-week contract
• No on-call or float requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of CST/OR experience required
• Experience required in Robotics, General, GYN, Urology, Bariatrics, Orthopedics, and Trauma
• DaVinci Robot and Orthopedics experience required
• NBSTSA certification required — this facility accepts no other CST credential
• VA state license required; candidates may begin with a VA temp license in pending status
• License required if applicable
• BLS certification required (AHA only); certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of the assignment start
• US SSN required
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

Additional Information

• Candidates must reside more than 65 miles from the facility to be eligible — local candidates are not accepted
• Dress code is per Valley Health System policy
