Description

American Traveler is hiring a Radiology Technologist (X-Ray) for a 13-week night shift contract requiring ARRT-R certification and experience with portable and diagnostic imaging procedures.

Details

• Inpatient, outpatient, and ED diagnostic imaging setting
• X-ray procedures include extremities, abdomen/GI, spine/pelvis, portable abdomen, and portable chest
• C-arm experience preferred; portable and surgical mobile skills required
• Primary equipment includes PACS and Siemens; GE, O-ARM, Philips, and Toshiba experience preferred
• 3x12-hour night shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Every weekend coverage required (Friday through Sunday nights)
• On-call required
• Holiday coverage required for Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day

Requirements

• Current BLS, ARRT-R, and Maryland Board of Physicians license required
• Experience with portable and surgical mobile imaging required
• Proficiency with PACS system required
• License required if applicable

• Perform general diagnostic x-rays across inpatient, outpatient, and emergency department settings
• 2 professional supervisory references from within the past 2 years required for consideration
• Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained required for consideration
